The design of the products is critical in thermoforming process. Our team has extensive experience in product design and we make decisions based on various factors such as the thermoplastic materials, product outline, and transportation costs. After the creation of 3D model, our customer is able to visualize the shape of the final product directly. Besides that, our software can also simulate the stacking height, lock interference, and product volume.
Tensile Testing Machine
The tensile testing machine allows us to evaluate the strength of each lock and provide the results to our design team in order to optimize and standardise our lock design. Furthermore, by collecting and evaluating testing data, we can ensure that the lock’s tightness fulfills the client’s requirements.
